Iron Plus III uses Feronyl® iron carbonyl — a gentle, elemental form of iron — alongside folic acid and vitamin C to support healthy red blood cell production.

Iron carbonyl is prized for being well-tolerated on the stomach compared to harsher iron salts, while vitamin C helps improve absorption and folic acid supports the same red-blood-cell pathways iron is needed for.
