Purchase options cancellation policy

Some products on The Wellness Lab are available as recurring subscriptions ("Purchase Options"). This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to cancel.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed on the schedule you select at checkout, using the payment method on file for each recurring order.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@thewellnesslab.com with your order number, or through your account if self-serve cancellation is available. Cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

Skipping or pausing

You can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription by contacting us at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

Refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund past orders. Our standard return and refund policy applies to each shipment already sent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our subscription offerings change. The version posted here is the version in effect for your subscription.
